This Winter Citrus Rose and Mint Smoothie is the only thing that gets me through the dark winter months. Packed with blood oranges, rose water, and mint.
2 blood oranges
1/2 cucumber
1 1/2 cup frozen pineapple or mango
5 leaves of fresh mint
1/4 cup rose tea
Rose petals, mint leaves, and beet root powder for garnishing
Peel the oranges and cucumbers, and place all ingredients into your blender or Vitamix®. Blend until smooth. Add more rose tea as needed one tablespoon at a time to reach your favorite consistency. Garnish as desired with rose petals, mint leaves, and beet root powder.
