1 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon orange zest
Pairing: herb crackers, olives, candied oranges, honey, prosciutto, almonds
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, toast the chopped walnuts until fragrant—about 2 minutes.
Let cool about 5 minutes before tossing with fresh orange zest. Roll the Montchevre goat cheese log into toasted walnuts firmly until the whole log is covered. Serve same day.
