It’s a small batch kind of Christmas, isn’t it? There is so much to be done, even still. The halls have been decked, if you’re decking the halls at all. One thing is for sure, let’s make every moment count this holiday season, yes? Let’s still make cookies, turn the heat up way past what it should be, and get on with all the magic that is still to be had.
These small batch Linzer cookies were made in the new Panasonic HomeChef 4-in-1 Multi-Function Microwave Oven. I’m so thankful when there is one less thing on my counters, and this dream of a product lets that happen. We went from air-frying tater tots to baking a quick bread the other night with out any changing of the guard.

I wanted these cookies to be super butter forward and delicate. The recipe makes about 6-7 full cookies. Feel free to sub out whatever jam you have on hand if you don’t have raspberry. They’re such a holiday favorite but our family makes them year-round. Check out the recipe here hosted on SideChef and get your bakes on.
beautiful to serve especially during the Christmas Holiday
