Thank you, Taylor Farms for sponsoring this post. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
The phenomenon of the crunch wrap. It cannot be denied. And, when you can make it from home? That’s when we hit next-level status. And, that’s what we’re going to be doing today thanks to Taylor Farms new Salsa Ranch chopped salad kit.
I don’t know about you, but these are the Friday night meals we love. Something flavorful, comforting, and easy enough to eat on the couch while watching a movie. And while it might look a little complicated, it’s truly easier than you think.
We brown up some ground beef, make flavorful queso, and get the rest of the ingredients on stand-by.
Cut about 4- inch circles out of a few of the tortillas. Take a large, whole tortilla, pile on that seasoned ground beef, a swirl of queso, a tostada, a generous helping of Salsa Ranch chopped salad, and some chopped tomatoes. Layer the pre-cut tortilla on top and fold the base tortilla around nice and neat-like.
Fry on an oil lined skillet with the folded side down at least 4 minutes to seal the deal. Flip and brown. Slice and enjoy. The creamy ranch dressing flavors these wraps perfectly and you’ll find yourself reaching for seconds.
Being home is starting to feel right again after the bending of the seasons. It doesn’t feel weird that we’re not busy. It feels like business as usual. And, that feeling is shockingly missed. That’s why I love recipes like this. They make staying at home special and fun.

1 bag Taylor Farms Salsa Ranch Chopped Salad Kit
8 – 10-inch tortillas

Jar of preferred queso
Vegetable oil for frying

Cook ground beef to seasoning directions. Cut 4-inch circles out of two tortillas. Dice tomatoes. Toss the Salsa Ranch Salad kit together.
Place ¼ cup ground beef onto the center of a tortilla. Drizzle on about 2 tablespoons of queso directly onto the ground beef. Add the tostada on top then cover with the Salsa Ranch salad. Sprinkle a tablespoon of diced tomatoes then cover with the pre-cut 4-inch tortillas. Fold in the outer edges of the tortilla into the center of the crunch wrap all the way around until it’s enclosed.
In a medium saucepan, add about 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and place over medium/high heat. Fry the crunch wrap, folded side down for at least 4 minutes or until golden brown. Flip and continue to cook another 3-4 minutes until the flat side browns. Serve immediately.
