It’s just some dark chocolate, swirled with hot Vertuo coffee, a smidge of butter, and vanilla. Once it sets, we roll it into a ball and toss it in some quality cocoa powder to make a bite-sized Dark Chocolate Coffee Truffle.

Ingredients
7 ounces dark chocolate
1/3 cup Vertuo Coffee, hot
2 teaspoons butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cocoa
Instructions
In a medium bowl, add in chocolate, vertuo, butter, and vanilla, and stir until completely melted. You may need to warm over a double boiler if it’s not melting completely.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and place in fridge until set, about 2-3 hours.
Scoop out chocolate mixture while still cold and roll into a ball. Toss in cocoa powder and place in a small cupcake liner. Serve within a day of making.
